Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the arrest of former Fugitive of the Week, Richard Gary Blais, 39. Blais was wanted on a parole violation, stemming from an underlying conviction Controlled Drug Acts Prohibited (NH RSA 318-B:2).
Blais was featured as the Fugitive of the Week on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. On Friday, November 22, 2024, Richard Blais was taken into custody. Blais was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections, where he is being held on a parole warrant.
The Fugitive of the Week program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of 2023 and each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
